Inspired by the Gap for Good initiatives to build optimism and sustainability, Gap Philippines will once again run its Recycle Your Blues campaign on May 31 – June 2, 2019. Donate old denim jeans at Gap and get 40% off on regular-priced jeans. One pair of denim jeans donated will entitle the customer one 40% off voucher valid on one (1) pair of denim jeans. Customers will also receive a 30% off voucher for regular-priced items so they can complete their look with new styles from the Gap Summer collection. Any brand of jeans will be accepted as long as it’s sanitized and reusable.

Don’t have any old jeans to donate? Walk-in customers who are not able to donate their old denim will be entitled to enjoy 20% off regular-priced items.

Shaping the world one denim at a time with Hands on Manila
This is the third year that Gap is running Recycle Your Blues after launching it last 2017 with Hands on Manila Foundation, Inc. Gap was able to collect 4,584 jeans last 2017, which were donated to children in shelters and impoverished communities. This year, Gap is partnering with Hands on Manila once again, where the denim jeans will be donated to their beneficiaries. Hands On Manila is a volunteering organization committed to empowering individuals to act as citizens and realize their ability to contribute to the community. Hands On Manila will not only be using the denim for donations, but also in creating a livelihood program which aims to teach the urban poor how they can recycle old jeans.

The Recycle Your Blues campaign will run from May 31 to June 2, 2019 at the following Gap stores: Alabang Town Center, Central Square, Glorietta 4, Shangri-la Mall, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, Trinoma, Abreeza and Ayala Center Cebu.
