“When I first started modeling, I was so shy on set where everyone was looking at me – but as soon as I had my make-up look for the day I was able to become someone else. The Waterproof Eyeliner “True Black” No. 1 is a deep black eyeliner with a high pigment concentration and velvety-mat finish.
