Big City Escape at Central Square

Shake off the summer heat in the metro with an awesome New York experience at Central Square, the trendiest hangout in Bonifacio Global City. Beginning April 26 to June 30, the SSI Group presents the vibrant, eclectic styles of the city that never sleeps through an array of fashion and travel, food, and musical performances that will have you living the excitement of the Big Apple.

Think like you’re in SoHo shopping at the hippest stores with the promise of more. This year, Central Square launches Big City Escape, its summer raffle promotion in partnership with HSBC, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services institutions. From May 1 to June 30, each shopper is entitled to one (1) raffle entry for every P3,000 single or accumulated receipt purchase from participating Central Square and Bonifacio High Street stores. HSBC card holders can get three (3) raffle entries per purchase requirement.

Shoppers also stand a chance to win three great prizes: the grand prize brings a lucky winner and one (1) companion to New York City – inclusive of airfare from Philippine Airlines, accommodation, a complete New York experience, and a P100,000 shopping spree at Central Square; the second prize grants a complete Central Square experience with a dining treat for ten (10) persons plus a P100,000-shopping spree at the mall; and the third prize entitles the winner to P50,000 shopping spree and dining treat for four (4) at Central Square.

Get a taste of the Big Apple from the amazing food finds at the weekend gourmet fair series, NYC Street Eats. On April 26 to 28 and June 28 to 30, Pinoy Eats World, a group dedicated to crafting food tours and markets, presents a smorgasbord of New York-style street food with authentic restaurants like Purple Yam, Tender Bob’s, Stanford & Shaw, Fog City Creamery, Thrive, Mr. Delicious, Pizza Grigliata, Cold Brew, and Melo’s.

When the sun sets and the dazzling lights come on, see the live show right at the Square because your New York experience can’t be complete without visiting Broadway. With excerpt performances by Stages, the producer of West Side Story and Disney’s High School Musical, witness The Music of Broadway, featuring famed local musical theatre talents. Shows are scheduled on April 27, April 28, June 29, and June 30, at 6:00 PM at the Atrium.

HOW TO JOIN:
1. The customer is entitled to one (1) raffle ticket for every single or accumulated purchase worth Php 3,000.00 from participating stores in Central Square and Bonifacio High Street during the promo period.
2. The customer must bring qualified receipt/s to the Concierge counter located at the Lower Ground Floor of Central Square for and issuance of raffle tickets

PROMO MECHANICS:
1. This promotion runs from May 1, 2019 until June 30, 2019 and is open to all customers of participating stores in Central Square and Bonifacio High Street.
2. For every single or accumulated receipt of Php 3,000.00 from any participating store, the customer will get one (1) raffle entry.
3. Single or accumulated receipts worth Php 3,000.00 purchased with their HSBC cards will get times three (3) raffle entries. If accumulated, all receipts must be purchased using an HSBC card.
4. Receipts accumulated or purchased by delivery service couriers such as Lalamove, Grab Express, Grab Food, Honest Bee, Food Panda and all other businesses similar in nature (purchases made by third party apps/companies in behalf of customers) will not be honored for a raffle entry.  
5. To join, customers must present their qualified receipt/s to the Central Square Concierge at the Lower Ground floor of Central Square for validation and redemption of raffle tickets. Once validated, customers will be given raffle stub/s.
6. The Central Square Concierge Representative will stamp each receipt to indicate that it has been used for the promo. Before releasing the raffle tickets to the customer, the concierge representative will take note of the following details:
a. Receipt Number
b. Raffle Coupon Control Number/s
c. Quantity of coupons redeemed
d. Date redeemed
e. Take note if purchase was made with an HSBC card
7. Customers must fill out their coupons completely with the following information:
a. Name
b. Address
c. Contact number/s
d. E-mail address
e. Signature
8. Once filled, raffle tickets must be deposited in the drop box located beside the Concierge on or before the end of the promo period.
9. Deadline for submission of all raffle tickets is on June 30, 2019 prior to store closure. Late entries will not be accepted.
10. The Grand Raffle draw will be held on July 3, 2019 at 3:00PM at the Central Square Boardroom in the presence of Central Square, SSI Group and DTI representatives.
11. A total of eight (8) winners will be drawn (3 grand winners and 5 winners who are HSBC card holders). The 20% prize tax in relation to their prizes will be shouldered by SSI. Travel documents, Taxes and other travel related expenses shall be shouldered by the winners.

12. The winners will be informed via registered mail, e-mail and text on how to claim his/her prize. The winner’s name will also be posted inside Central Square and all other announcement collaterals on-ground and on social media
13. A customers name can only be drawn once. If his/her name is drawn more than once, he/she gets to win the higher priced raffle prize.
14. The prize may be claimed at the Central Square main office within sixty days (60) from the date of receipt of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the claiming period will automatically mean forfeiture of the prize and the next backup winner will be drawn in their place.
15. The winners must present the following in order to claim his/her prize:
a. One (1) valid ID with picture
b. Registered mail
c. The winning raffle stub (as stated in the registered mail)
16. Prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
17. All decisions made by the participating companies, with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
18. The owners, management, and employees of SSI Group and their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion
19. The trip must be availed within six (6) months from the date of redemption. Blackout periods must be followed.
