Bally Partners With Chinese Actor Deng Lun As First Male Asia Pacific Brand Ambassador For 2019

Bally has found the perfect partner to represent the 168-year-old Swiss luxury brand in the Asia Pacific region. Deng Lun is inarguably one of China’s most accomplished young actors, who at 27-years of age has garnered both popular and critical acclaim since his debut in 2012. This year the actor will take on a new role, as the star of Bally’s Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter 2019 advertising campaigns and the brand’s first male Asia Pacific brand ambassador. Born into an academic family in the Hebei region, Deng Lun studied drama at university before his breakout role in 2012 playing the romantic lead in Flowers in Fog. From there he starred in numerous critically and popularly acclaimed roles in important productions like Because of You and White Deer Plain. Following a stellar performance in Ash-like Frost, the actor gained 10 million Weibo followers in just three months. The future promises even greater success with performances in My True Friend, Graduation Season, Hai Tang’s Rouge Shines Through in the Rain and Loving the Earth that’s sure to further strengthen Deng Lun’s place at the centre of the Chinese star system.

The actor has several industry awards under his belt for his work including a 2018 Best Actor in Ancient Drama nomination at the Huading Awards; Rising Actor 2017 China TV drama Awards; Popular Artist of the Year at iQIYI All-Star Carnival, Most Promising Actor at the Esquire Man at his Actor of the Year.
