An Upgrade For Every Journey: Samsonite’s Luggage Trade-In 2026
Samsonite, the global leader in travel solutions, announces the return of its annual Luggage Trade-In Campaign, inviting travellers to refresh their luggage more mindfully while reinforcing the brand’s long-term commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Running from September 3 to November 30, 2026, customers can trade in pre-loved luggage of any brand, size, or condition at all Samsonite retail stores and official e-commerce channels nationwide, and enjoy 35% savings on the Proxis, Minter and Modio collections. My SSI Life members can also earn a 10x SSI Life Points multiplier on purchases from these collections by presenting their app at checkout.
Since launching the initiative in 2023, Samsonite has been giving pre-loved luggage a meaningful second life. Instead of ending up in landfills, eligible luggage is upcycled into school chairs that are donated to underserved communities, while luggage that cannot be repurposed is responsibly recycled where possible. Through this initiative, Samsonite has supported schools including Talimundoc Elementary School, Bataan and Potrero Elementary School, Pampanga, helping create better learning environments for students while reducing waste.
As part of this year’s campaign, Samsonite will continue its partnership with WWF-Philippines, donating PHP100 for every Luggage Trade-in transaction to help support environmental conservation initiatives across the country.
