Kate Spade New York Kicked Off New York Fashion Week with a Whimsical Apple Orchard in the Heart of Meatpacking as A Continuation of its Year-Long Love Letter to the City.

Kate Spade New York unveiled an immersive apple orchard in the heart of New York City to kick off New York Fashion week, as a continuation of the brand’s year-long love letter to its hometown. The unexpected pop-up event also celebrates the introduction of Kate Spade’s Fall 2021 limited-edition I Love NY capsule collection.  

Guests are invited to pick a bushel of apples, all sourced from orchards located across the state of New York, igniting a chain reaction of joy throughout the city and beyond.

Notable attendees at the kick-off event included actresses Katie Holmes, Beanie Feldstein and Savannah Smith (Gossip Girl), Japanese comedian/actress Naomi Watanabe, model Lindsay Ellingson and influencers Babba Rivera, LaTonya Yvette, NYCxClothes (Shelcy & Christy Joseph).

WHEN: Wednesday, September 8, 2021 (the activation will be open to the public through September 10, 2021)
