The Hogan Autumn/Winter 2025-26 collection takes its inspiration directly from the rich ‘urban fabric’ of Hogan’s hometown, Milano. The abundance of marble, ceppo stone and shiny metallic detailing – as seen across the city’s historical building facades and entranceways – is the starting point for the collection’s elegant yet relaxed look and feel, materiality and palette.

The seasonal autumn-to-winter footwear act as focal points for full ready-to-wear looks, new and elevated bags, and an urban-chic aesthetic that defines the spirit and energy of Milano: eclectic, dynamic, international, and the symbol of a lifestyle that perfectly embodies the Hogan philosophy, “Make it chic, but relaxed”. From the café to the ‘aperitivo’, and from a party in town to a weekend in the mountains, the collection provides an around-the-clock versatility that reflects the lifestyle of the new generation of young Milanese.

Whether sporty comfort sneakers, robust winter boots or relaxed-chic loafers, each piece is meticulously crafted through the luxury prism of design innovation and the finest quality materials. Rich with personality, the collection gives a twist to the Brand’s archetypes and rewrites the codes of sportwear and alpine chic, recontextualizing them for on-the-go urban living through Hogan’s aesthetic codes, where elegance is juxtaposed with playful details and irreverent streaks.

COLLECTION HIGHLIGHTS

Taken from the House’s rich archive, the season’s footwear juxtaposes effortless chic with touches of playfulness, showcasing master craftsmanship and exquisite materiality. The Hogan Olympia is presented in a modernised reworking of the signature brand classic: a new, slim-fit and super-feminine design juxtaposes sleek elegance with a football-inspired tread. Both sneaker and ballerina versions are served in deep-tan suede, as well as white or silver leather.


New for the season is a statement chunky design construction, fusing H branding into the iconic Hogan H- Stripes elevated sole. Combining rugged performance with 'urban chic', it is presented on loafers and on shearling-covered snow boots. Elsewhere, the renewed Hogan Cool sneakers showcase a brand-new signature maxi sole in lightweight crepe, which juxtaposes the distinctive upper with the chunky lower construction for both elegance and elevation.


Bags are crafted using the most supple and lightweight constructions and materiality, and designed for lifestyle versatility. The season’s bag range is typified by The Hogan Script logo shopper, an even lighter, more relaxed and modern shopping bag which combines the volume and comfort of everyday needs with the luxury feel of all-over calf-skin leather, suede or pony skin. Introduced this season is a compact but voluminous Flap Bag, a functional but stylish new interpretation of a classic camera bag, crafted in smooth calf-skin leather for heightened tactility and suppleness.
