For Spring 23, Givenchy Presents The Antigona Stretch

For spring 23, Givenchy is pleased to present the latest addition to its antigona family of handbags: The Antigona Stretch.

Designed in the spirit of Givenchy’s iconic handbag, antigona stretch revisits a unique aesthetic in an east-west version that called for entirely deconstructing and reconstructing the original and reinventing it in a horizontal shape.

The Antigona Stretch statement bag distills the essence of the antigona through its pure lines, sleek angles, and elegant architecture in signature box-like calf leather, offset by fresh proportions, new custom-designed hardware elements, and fashion-forward colorways. As a final touch, it also sports the elliptical silver- and gold-tone Givenchy lock found on this season’s covetable shark boot, for an off-the-moment attitude, available in mini and small versions, the antigona stretch reprises the distinctive triangle patch with a new bombe contour that complements graceful handles anchored by incurvated tabs. The day-to-night mini is spacious enough to hold all the essentials and has a practical flat pocket inside; it comes with a wider, non-adjustable, and removable strap allowing for fashion-forward, short crossbody wear. The small size presents a generous main compartment with an inner zipped pocket as well as a flat pocket on the exterior and can be worn over the shoulder thanks to a thin, adjustable, and removable leather strap. Both feature a magnetic closure, protective leather feet, and a discreet 4g emblem embossed on the back.

The mini antigona stretch is available in black, ivory, citrus green, and bright pink leather, as well as in pony-like, zebra-striped  eather. The small antigona stretch is available in black box-like leather.
