Coach Releases Episode Two Of "Coach Conversations"
Coach releases the second episode of Coach Conversations, its monthly YouTube series about culture, community and creativity, featuring global face of Coach Michael B. Jordan, Grammy-nominated hip hop artist Cordae and hosted by editor-in-chief of The Cut Lindsay Peoples Wagner.
An authentic discussion about the experiences of Black creatives and the importance of leaving a lasting impact, the episode is released to coincide with Black History Month. In it, Jordan, Cordae and Peoples Wagner discuss creating change in their industries, overcoming road blocks and the advice they have for the next generation of creatives.
To celebrate Black History Month and as part of Coach’s commitment to supporting nonprofits at the forefront of addressing racial inequality, the house also announces today the launch of the “Coach Dream It Real Scholarship Program” through the Coach Foundation. Created in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the scholarship supports students attending historically black colleges and universities as part of Coach’s Dream It Real initiative and its mission to help break cycles of inequality by empowering the next generation to reach their full potential through higher education.
The Coach Foundation is also proud to provide continued support to the Equal Justice Initiative and their work changing the narrative about race in America and fighting against racial and economic injustice.
Coach Conversations drops each month to mark such moments as International Women’s Day, Earth Day and Pride, among others.
