Burberry Spring 2025

The Spring 2025 collection is defined by easy elegance and captures a sense of British character.

The collection continues to reference the Burberry archive and heritage British design with checks, trench coats, Harrington jackets, and Saville Row-inspired suits.

Fabric development is a focus. The trench coat comes in a newly developed tri-layer cotton blend, and there is a new take on the classic Harrington jacket.

The silhouette is neat. Peacoats in a patchwork of Prince of Wales tweed and herringbone wool blend are tailored to a slim shoulder, fitted waist, and flared hem.

Double-breasted blazers are inspired by classic tailoring from London’s Saville Row. This is contrasted with fuzzy mohair stripes, velvet textures, and functional details such as zips and cargo pockets.

Fabrics, such as linen and silk blends, bring a sense of lightness, while tweed, suede, and shearling add a touch of tactility.

Flowers are a recurring motif: rose and daisy patterns across coats, dresses, and knitwear.


A new colour palette is introduced: sun-bleached pale colours combine with the earthy tones of the outdoors.

In bags, the Rocking Horse family expands to include new textures, a bucket bag in Burberry Check, and a satchel with interchangeable straps in solid colour and Burberry Check. The Shield bag comes in new tote and bowling bag shapes, and the Knight as a new mini shoulder bag.

Shoe shapes are detailed with Burberry motifs, such as B hardware and the Burberry Check. Tower is a take on a boat shoe, while Bird and Loch are defined by traditional broguing detail.

This season’s jewellery offers a new take on classic British design. Ribbon brooches are a key accessory, designed to be worn on the shoulder or suspended on a necklace. Mini interchangeable bows feature on rings and cuffs. The ribbon is also unwrapped to create a sculptural necklace embellished with crystals that hangs from sparkling lurex cords.

Burberry’s longstanding ties with traditional craftsmanship continue through new intricately crafted cameos featuring playful beach and maritime scenes – hand-carved in Naples from carnelian shells.
