Hackett London was born out of a deep rooted passion for British style and the art of tailoring. Co-founder and Chairman Jeremy Hackett love the classic British style and the elegance of bygone eras. He began to buy and sell quality vintage clothing. As demand outstripped second-hand supply, Hackett started to manufacture from new, launching a range of formal, business and casual wear for town and country. The vintage styles that had proved so popular were deconstructed and reworked in fine detail to incorporate the demands of the modern man. Each season Hackett continues to take inspiration from the traditions of the British dress without being old fashioned; designing collections that represent today’s gentleman and his lifestyle.
