TOD'S Appoints Yuki Ishikawa As Friend Of The House

TOD'S is pleased to announce professional volleyball player Yuki Ishikawa, playin for Perugia in the Italian Serie A, as Friend of the House. After actress Nana Eikura, TOD'S ambassador in Japan, and Keita Machida, TOD’S Friend of the House in Japan, Ishikawa is expanding the Tod’s Family and is the first athlete to be appointed in Japan, embodying the image of the Italian luxury leather brand TOD'S.

Yuki Ishikawa, who has been living in Italy for a long time and who will be continuing his athletic career based in Italy this season, understands the Brand’s values and brings true Italian lifestyle to Japan. Profile of Mr. Yuki Ishikawa Yuki Ishikawa was born on December 11, 1995 in Aichi Prefecture. He started playing volleyball in the 4th grade under the influence of his older sister, and in high school he played as an ace, winning the high school triple crown two years in a row for the first time in history. While a student at Chuo University, he became the youngest player ever to make the All-Japan team. He also made a name for himself around the world as a Japanese university student playing in Italy's Serie A, one of the world's top three volleyball leagues. In his third season as a professional, he helped his team Milan win the CEV Challenge Cup and its first title, and in the 2023-2024 season, he helped Milan finish third in the playoffs, the highest finish in Milan's history. In 2024, he won the silver medal in the Nations League. He is scheduled to participate in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, where the national team qualified on its own.
