Kenzo is thrilled to announce a new partnership with renowned Japanese artist Verdy. This exciting collaboration, first glimpsed on the Kenzo Spring Summer 2025 runway this past June, features Verdy’s playful interpretation of Kenzo’s iconic house codes in his very unique way.

Verdy’s signature pop graphic style brings to life three charming characters: Winky the Tiger, Deezy the Flower, and Bimpy the Elephant. These whimsical figures are the heart of a unique collection launching as the ‘Kenzo Verdy Market’, just in time for the festive season.

The Kenzo Verdy Market will offer a diverse range of products of men and women ready to wear completed by a full range of lifestyle products and accessories. From cozy blankets, mugs, snow globes, key chains, decorative carpets as well as plush backpacks or even compressed tee shirts.




The Kenzo Verdy Market products will be launching exclusively on kenzo.com and Tmall from November 19th before it opens its doors worldwide on November 20th at Kenzo stores and selected partners. Special pop-up activations are planned in key locations worldwide, including Hankyu Osaka, the Dubai Mall, Galeries Lafayette Haussman in Paris, Hong Kong IFC, Taipei Breeze as well as Kenzo flagships store takeover. To support the Kenzo Verdy Market Launch, Kenzo has created a video game-inspired world featuring Verdy’s three signature characters. The 2000s video game aesthetic is infused throughout, from the catchy jingle to the distinct textures and engaging storyline.




Developed in partnership with the talented studio BOL, the content takes viewers on a journey through the Kenzo Verdy universe to the rhythm of an exclusive track from upcoming Japanese rapper Yung Coco. Winky the Tiger, Bimpy the Elephant, and Deezy the Flower embark on a quest to reach Nigo and Verdy’s castle in the sky. Their adventure takes them through jungle and desert landscapes, ultimately leading them to the castle gates. Using the clouds as a lift around giant golden statues of Verdy and Nigo, they finally achieve their ultimate goal.

VERDY is a graphic artist from Osaka, Japan who currently resides in Tokyo. He is notably known for his iconic projects Girls Don’t Cry, Wasted Youth, his panda-rabbit character Vick, and most recently Visty. VERDY has worked with brands such as Nike, Human Made, Instagram, Levi’s, The Minions, Coachella, Dover Street Market, and more. His creative efforts continue to thrive, acquiring him recognition worldwide. Recently he has been appointed as the artistic director of K-Pop group sensation, Blackpink, for their summer tour Born Pink. Verdy’s signature is characterized by bold graphics, vibrant colors, and playful designs that often explore themes of youth culture, rebellion, and nostalgia. His work has been described as a fusion of Japanese and Western streetwear, and he has cited influences ranging from skateboarding and hip-hop to manga and anime.
