BOSS x MEISSEN porcelain
Founded in 1710, historic porcelain manufacturer Meissen has stood for utmost quality and extraordinary craftsmanship for more than 300 years. This season, we introduce a unique and limited-edition mug collection bearing the images of the celebrated Big Five collection. Designed by sculptor Maximilian Hagstotz, the mugs feature the African lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo, each decorated with a monochrome pattern placed to emphasize the animal’s characteristic traits.

Our Holiday 2019 campaign includes a partnership with Elephants for Africa, a unique charity working to conserve the endangered African savannah elephant. Elephants for Africa takes a holistic approach, understanding and supporting the needs of both elephants and local people. Its applied research and education programs empower villagers to live alongside wildlife and benefit from the presence of elephants, while also mitigating the damage they can cause.
