Raised in Milan, after completing his studies at Istituto Secoli, Italy’s most  historic fashion school, Bellotti arrived in Antwerp and was instantly embraced  into a dynamic fold of radical creatives and visionaries who recognized him as a  kindred spirit.

After an apprenticeship at A. F. Vandevorst, Bellotti returned to Italy to work at  Gianfranco Ferré in 2002, where he learned an architectural approach to design  projects. His career continued gaining formative experiences at Dolce & Gabbana  and at Bottega Veneta before landing at Gucci where he would spend 16 years  between the house’s design studios in Florence and Rome. During his tenure at  Gucci, Bellotti developed his keen obsession with detail, interpreting archival  references in innovative directions. A freedom of spirit and passion for research  inform Bellotti’s eye, as he draws on art, photography, and music for inspiration.
